Description
SCDOT is in transition with its websites. They are mandated in the near future to be 508 compliant to meet Federal accessibility standards. This website is a CSS layout design allowing the separation of valuable content and its visual presentation. This will eventually lead to several new designs for media types; screen, print and mobile.
